RENTAL AGREEMENT

Our rental agreement ensures a clear understanding of our rental terms. It covers payment, access hours & policies guaranteeing a smooth rental process. 

CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION 

By completing this form, you authorize San Felipe Storage to charge your card for rental fees and any applicable charges. There is a 2.99% surcharge fee.

ACH DEBIT AUTHORIZATION FORM

By completing this form, you authorize San Felipe Storage to debit funds via ACH (Automated Clearing House) for rental fees and any applicable charges, simplifying your payment process. There is a standard $1 fee per transaction when paying by ACH.

30 DAY CANCELLATION NOTICE

To cancel a storage unit rental, each tenant must provide a 30-day written notice. This allows us to process your request and prepare the unit for the next customer. We appreciate your cooperation in providing ample notice for a smooth transition.
